Getting paid to complete surveys online is a simple process. However, not all people have heard of getting paid cash to do surveys online so they aren’t aware of the good sites and the bad sites. And, I am not talking just about pay. There are many cash paid survey sites out there that prey on newbies. Newbies are people that are new to the game. Unfortunately, from the reviews I have read on this site, this is one of those sites that preys on the newbies.
Some complaints I have read include making you pay for items that you are “reviewing” and Vindale not paying for surveys completed. There are many legitimate survey companies out there and unfortunately Vindale is not one of them. Additionally, many Vindale panelists have mentioned being concerned about their privacy.

Over the two+ years with Vindale, I have yet to be paid for successfully, properly and correctly receiving and completing surveys.
As of June 2009, I am out of pocket $44.00 $US, and am owed over $50.00, for the last 16 months or so.
First, I waited too long to “request payment”, then I “was not watching your account close enough, and it’s too late now”, etc.
From what I and others have experienced and reported on the Internet regarding Vindale, they charge YOU to “participate” by charging YOUR credit or debit card, then make it near or impossible to collect hard-earned, you-did-your-job, payment.
Please…either investigate or put them out of business…or both.

We don’t charge members to participate in our program. The only offers which require a credit card are product evaluations. If you don’t want to do those, just stick to studies, Reward Mail and video offers which don’t require a credit card. We’re sorry Joe had a bad experience, but we don’t believe that is the norm.
